Rivers Edge Church Ministries

REC Bible Study

At REC we offer congregants of all ages a chance to give back by joining our wide range of ministries. Our Ministry Bible Study allows current members or newcomers to be involved with our ongoing mission of spreading the teachings of Jesus Christ to our ever-growing community. Giving back is ingrained into our philosophy and it’s at the root of our very being.

God-honoring worship is something we strive for. Many church members get involved in our music ministry. Some play their instruments. Some are vocalists. Others are involved in the choir. These volunteers are an important part of the ministry of our church, using their talents and gifts to glorify God.

We Care Youth Ministry

The We Care Ministry is designed to approach youth ministry with a multifaceted approach and our desire for our youth is not for them to be objects of ministry only, but conduits for it. Our desire is to lead them into a passionate relationship with Christ, help them develop to a place of spiritual maturity where they can serve God with a sense of purpose and fulfillment.

Fine Arts

The Fine Arts Ministry consists of those that are called and gifted to express worship to God through creative expressions of dance, drama, and poetry.

Music

Family Cares

The Family Cares ministry demonstrates the love of Christ through word and deed to the hospitalized, bereaved, and destitute at home and abroad.

REC University

REC University - The REC University serves as our Christian Educational tool at our church. The purpose of this ministry is to aid and assist citizens of REC to have a deeper relationship with God as they grow deeper in the Word of God and to give them a better understanding of the vision of our Church.
